Submitting Your Students’ Work to PVFF 2026

FESTIVAL DATES

IN-PERSON: March 26th - 27th, 2026 in Cogdel School Chengdu, Anren Ancient Town, Chengdu city, Sichuan Province, China

• FILM SUBMISSIONS: We use various of ways to submit your films. Please check OFFICIAL RULES page.

• AGES: The film’s director(s) must have been 19 years of age or younger at the time of the film production.

• GENRES: We accept short films under 15 minutes, including narrative, documentary, experimental and one minute films.

• NOT ACCEPTED: Public service announcements, commercials, and film trailers are not eligible for consideration in any category.

• EDUCATORS MAY SUBMIT: Teachers may submit films on behalf of their students.​​​
