FILM SUBMISSIONS: We use various of ways to submit your films. Please check OFFICIAL RULES page.

AGES: The film’s director(s) must have been 18 years of age or younger at the time of production.

GENRES: We accept short films under 15 minutes, including narrative, documentary, experimental and music videos.

NOT ACCEPTED: Public service announcements, commercials, and film trailers are not eligible for consideration in any category.

EDUCATORS MAY SUBMIT: Teachers may submit films on behalf of their students.​​​
